Happy birthday to my dear friend Richard Buchanan who passed away March 17 2011. I have found myself having a hard time with it today.
The thing of it is, it;s all mental and I know that, then why do we allow certain dates effect us? Time eases the mental pain I guess because we get more use to the fact. Maybe your thoughts will help not just me, but all who read this blog.
